Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships within a portfolio of clients
  • Participate in WhatsApp groups providing support and guidance
  • Organize and track requests between clients and the internal team
  • Ensure alignment, clarity, and smooth communication
  • Identify upsell opportunities with a focus on value generation
  • Act as the strategic bridge between client expectations and the team's deliverables

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Customer Success, customer service, or client relationship roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Organized and able to manage multiple concurrent tasks
  • Proactive, with a leadership mindset and ability to work autonomously
  • Comfortable using tools such as ClickUp and Excel
  • Fluent in Portuguese
