About the role

  • Inside Sales Account Manager responsible for onboarding and nurturing Dutch clients in the automotive sector. Collaborate with customers to enhance their business and reactivate dormant accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day onboarding, nurturing and winning back Dutch customers
  • Recruit new traders and dealers from incoming calls or pre-assigned database by the Manager
  • Nurture the business relationships of the existing customers in your portfolio and help them develop and grow their business with us
  • Reactivate inactive accounts by understanding their needs and reasons for leaving
  • Present and demo our sales solutions to buyers and sellers
  • Run call campaigns towards new and existing customers (launch of new solutions, products and services)
  • Follow up and report on your responsible territory (market) information which could boost sales and OPENLANE’s market share
  • Yearly customer visits for a selected group accompanied by one of the commercial managers.

Requirements

  • You speak Dutch and English fluently. Any additional language is a plus.
  • You bring 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, or a similar commercial role.
  • You have strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively manage and close deals.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and build relationships with clients.
  • You stay positive under pressure, with resilience and a growth mindset.
  • You’re ambitious, target-driven, and motivated to exceed sales goals.
