Responsibilities
- We are looking for a Tech Manager for the Cross Tribe, a strategic area that connects systems, teams and the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;
- Strong experience in Java (Spring Boot) or Node.js (NestJS, Express);
- Experience in technical leadership or coordination of engineering teams;
- Experience with distributed architectures, microservices and REST APIs;
- Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases;
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Git and Azure DevOps (or equivalent tools);
- Adherence to modern engineering practices (TDD, automated tests, code review, observability);
- Good communication and technical leadership with a focus on collaboration.
