About the role

  • Develop and execute a people and culture strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Advise executives on structure, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead and mentor the P&C team to deliver high-quality support and outcomes.
  • Manage the P&C budget to fund key talent and culture initiatives.
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment and talent management to attract and retain top talent.
  • Drive performance management processes that foster high performance.
  • Build employer branding aligned with mission, vision, and values.
  • Create programs that promote a collaborative, inclusive, and innovative culture.
  • Use employee feedback to address challenges and enhance engagement.
  • Maintain regular in-office presence to stay connected with employees.
  • Lead competitive, equitable compensation and benefits programs.
  • Maintain compliant, continuously improving HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage HR and business data to inform decisions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on performance, conflict resolution, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coach managers to strengthen leadership capabilities.
  • Support change management as the company evolves.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience; with 3 years of leadership experience
  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or similar certifications preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits, and best practices in HR.
  • Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization.
  • Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape and sustain a positive company culture.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational needs.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies.
