Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience; with 3 years of leadership experience
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or similar certifications preferred.
- Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits, and best practices in HR.
- Proven experience leading strategic HR projects that impact an entire organization.
- Expertise in talent development, performance management, and employee engagement strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to shape and sustain a positive company culture.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational needs.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of HR technologies, data analytics tools, and metrics-driven HR strategies.
