  • Store Manager responsible for retail operations, team development, and merchandising at Hanse Outlet. Managing daily business activities and ensuring effective shop performance.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily store operations
  • Develop and coach your team through training and guidance
  • Merchandising – implement visual presentation and merchandising standards
  • Plan in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff planning and scheduling
  • Conduct financial and operational analysis of the store
  • Actively drive sales and engage customers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business education or equivalent qualification
  • Relevant experience in apparel/fashion retail, ideally with prior store management responsibilities
  • Strong numerical aptitude and commercial/business acumen
  • Leadership skills and strong interpersonal competence
  • Strong interest in fashion and trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
