Responsibilities
Provide leadership and direction to all levels of food service personnel, including administrative and warehouse staff.
Ensure effective planning, organization, and management of all aspects of food service in military dining facilities.
Efficiently allocate resources to achieve the highest standards of service, meeting or exceeding client specifications.
Monitor food service standards and processes.
Manage budgetary constraints.
Complete relevant documentation meticulously.
Implement and evaluate training programs.
Ensure strict compliance with client and company health and safety regulations.
Plan and oversee the execution of special functions.
Evaluate and hire the right caliber of food service staff.
Order rations in Military automated systems such as Stores and AFMIS.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Requires minimum 10+ years of documented military food service experience.
Requires 5+ years previous recent experience in successfully managing all facets of food service and dining facility management.
Ability to pass a Military Background Check for access to military installations.
Authorization to work in the U.S.
Valid Real ID driver’s license.
Ability to obtain and maintain food service medical clearance.
