Responsibilities

  • You coordinate daily store operations
  • Develop and further the skills of your team through training and coaching
  • Merchandising – implement visual presentation and display guidelines
  • Plan in-store activities
  • Efficient and effective staff scheduling
  • Conduct financial analysis to monitor store performance
  • Actively drive sales and engage with customers

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business training (e.g., retail apprenticeship)
  • Relevant experience in apparel/textile retail, preferably including store management
  • Strong numerical skills and sound commercial/business acumen
  • Leadership skills and high interpersonal competence
  • Strong interest in fashion and trends
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite
