About the role

  • B2B Marketing Manager executing and scaling the marketing strategy at ONIQ. Collaborating with sales and customer operations to drive demand and content creation.

Responsibilities

  • You will help execute and scale our B2B marketing engine.
  • Take ownership for our B2B marketing plan across key channels
  • Work together closely with Sales and Customer Operations Teams to ensure alignment with customer demands, commercial goals and sales targets
  • Build and scale lead & demand generation programs for our industrial manufacturing customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of our product, buyer personas, and the manufacturing domain—and translate complex topics into clear, compelling messaging
  • Set up, run, and optimize performance campaigns in Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Maintain and improve tracking and reporting to measure traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline impact, and ROI
  • Partner with Sales to improve website and landing pages (messaging, structure, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization)
  • Create high-quality content: blog posts, LinkedIn posts, landing pages, newsletters, whitepapers, case studies, and webinar materials
  • Build and manage email and nurture journeys in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success
  • Select and coordinate fairs, webinars, and selected customer events as part of our marketing calendar
  • Work with external agencies and freelancers when needed—while staying hands-on in the key digital channels

Requirements

  • Some experience in B2B marketing, ideally with industrial / manufacturing customers and/or B2B SaaS products with complex buying center
  • A proven track record in digital performance marketing and lead generation
  • Solid experience with content marketing: you enjoy writing and can independently create high-quality content
  • Experience with tools such as marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and CMS tools
  • Customer-first thinker who can turn technical topics into impactful storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset: you analyze performance, run experiments, and optimize based on measurable results
  • Ambition to grow within a modern, high-performing B2B marketing function
  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field
  • Excellent language skills in English and German (C1)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade fairs and events in the DACH region
