- Broad range of benefits and pensions knowledge
- Excellent vendor management experience
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Microsoft excel, MS office skills, including PowerPoint
- Strong presentation skills up to C-suite
- HR system experience, with Workday and benefits platform experience preferable
