About the role

- Execute and monitor compensation & benefits aligned with organizational goals and group reward philosophy
- Manage multi-geography compensation topics
- Partner with Regional HR, Finance, and business managers across regions
- Design, review, and implement salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs
- Participate in external compensation surveys and market benchmarking
- Evaluate and enhance benefit programs
- Lead annual HR budgeting and personnel cost planning
- Prepare Salary proposals for leadership levels
- Partner with Finance to prepare, track, forecast, and review personnel cost budgets
- Provide analytics and reports on compensation, headcount, and budget utilization
- Monitor market trends, tax changes, and regulatory requirements
- Support global / regional HR projects contributing to C&B strategy.

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- Certification in Total rewards (preferred)
- 9-12 Years of experience
- Multi geography exposure (must)
