About the role

  • Manager of Compensation & Benefits at BHTC managing multi-geography compensation topics and overseeing HR operations with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor compensation & benefits aligned with organizational goals and group reward philosophy
  • Manage multi-geography compensation topics
  • Partner with Regional HR, Finance, and business managers across regions
  • Design, review, and implement salary structures, bonus plans, and incentive programs
  • Participate in external compensation surveys and market benchmarking
  • Evaluate and enhance benefit programs
  • Lead annual HR budgeting and personnel cost planning
  • Prepare Salary proposals for leadership levels
  • Partner with Finance to prepare, track, forecast, and review personnel cost budgets
  • Provide analytics and reports on compensation, headcount, and budget utilization
  • Monitor market trends, tax changes, and regulatory requirements
  • Support global / regional HR projects contributing to C&B strategy.

Requirements

  • MBA/PGDM in HR
  • Certification in Total rewards (preferred)
  • 9-12 Years of experience
  • Multi geography exposure (must)
