Requirements
5+ Years Experience analytical and technical experience with an ability to navigate the Global Technology organization and assess technical capabilities
Results-oriented leader who can achieve results across teams based on trust, credibility, teamwork and knowledge
Exhibits a working knowledge of Bank of America and Global Technology risk management / risk framework, processes and tools; ability to identify, debate and escalate risk
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate at an executive level
Working knowledge of process management and the ability to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of a process and corresponding controls
In depth project experience with an ability to apply structure and drive execution
Possesses critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions based on facts and evidence
Excellent sense of judgment knows when to escalate and how to manage expectations
