About the role

  • Portfolio Manager managing strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagements at iA Financial Group. Ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and enhancing overall portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support and advise managers in business cases and initiative planning
  • Participate in strategic prioritization and develop portfolio roadmap
  • Orchestrate portfolio management activities and monitor project execution
  • Provide reliable visibility into portfolio data for reporting and decision-making
  • Promote accountability for benefits realization and budgeting processes
  • Ensure portfolio compliance with GPMO standards and data integrity
  • Collaborate closely with portfolio stakeholders and resolve conflicts
  • Represent GPMO in governance forums and promote learning organization

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in portfolio management
  • Expertise in project and portfolio management
  • Strong understanding of financial services and insurance industry
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and prioritization skills
  • Ability to advise key stakeholders and senior management
  • Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks and product management (an asset)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • Advanced proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken
