Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for the commercial success of CARVYKTI within their assigned region
Drive sales performance and develop and execute regional business plans
Lead high-performing teams and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders
Analyze regional market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer insights
Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
Manage regional budget and allocate resources efficiently
Requirements
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree
A valid driver’s license issued in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States
A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience
A minimum of five (5) years of cross-functional experience in key commercial roles (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Strategic Marketing, Access/Payer, Analytics or Business Development) within the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or healthcare industry
Prior people management experience
Ability to lead, develop, coach, and engage high performing, diverse teams
The ability to travel up to 50%, which may include overnight / weekend travel
Candidates must reside within the stated region.
