About the role

  • Account Manager for NeuWave Medical driving sales and education in hospitals across Nashville, TN, Alabama, and Georgia. Focused on building relationships and providing innovative solutions in medical sales.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
  • Recruit new users and educate referring physicians
  • Execute training of physicians and staff
  • Manage customer selling lifecycle to achieve consistent sales revenue
  • Build VALUE CREATION to strengthen relationships and protect from competitors
  • Responsible for service agreement contracts
  • Serve as a technical consultant to physicians during live cases
  • Monitor hospital strategies and marketplace developments

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/ Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
  • Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
  • Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
  • Capital Equipment experience
  • Market development or product launch experience
  • Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
  • Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
