About the role

  • Consumer Marketing Specialist at O’Neill Vintners & Distillers driving planning and execution of marketing initiatives. Focus on brand activations, events, communications, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute brand activations, partnerships, trade events, distributor events, hospitality experiences, and community events aligned with brand strategies
  • Assist with in-market planning, including GSMs, launches, distributor events, and incentive trips
  • Support launch decks and activation toolkits
  • Ensure all activations reflect the brand’s experiential identity and deliver a cohesive consumer experience
  • Manage permits, COIs, contracts, shipping, vendor coordination, on-site setup/teardown, and event kits
  • Support experience design for hospitality and sales activations
  • Ensure all events adhere to in-market compliance, event compliance standards, and company policies
  • Plan and support marketing initiatives for Estates, including Robert Hall and Ram’s Gate
  • Support in design-related needs for Brand activations, consumer touchpoints, and Estates merchandise & assets creation
  • Track project-based budgets and maintain spend within approved GL accounts
  • Assist in identifying and executing trending partnerships and community initiatives that enhance brand awareness
  • Support in PR/Communication functions to drive consumer brand awareness
  • Collaborate with Sales, Hospitality, PR, DTC, agencies, and vendors to ensure seamless execution

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, hospitality, wine and viticulture, graphic communications, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1-2 years of experience in brand activations, event marketing, experiential marketing, or related field; wine or lifestyle industry preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing vendors, contracts, and on-site event execution
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
  • Leadership abilities with a solution-oriented and positive mindset
