About the role

  • Marketing Coordinator coordinating marketing campaigns and reviewing materials for CDW Canada. Providing project management and administrative support across marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the creation, development, and day-to-day implementation of marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate and review marketing material from planning to completion
  • Build creative development schedules and maintain schedule with production stakeholders
  • Provide reports and actionable insights for campaigns across multiple channels
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal stakeholders on marketing initiatives
  • Create and maintain budget paperwork for marketing plan activities
  • Assist with marketing tools and automation
  • Support in-office reception and administrative duties

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • 2+ years relevant experience in marketing, advertising or communications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with superior Excel skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities/projects, meet deadlines, facilitate change and strong project management
  • Tenacious, go-getter attitude
  • Fun, creative, team-oriented attitude
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions while working independently
