Responsibilities
The Marketing Programs Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing programs that support organizational and departmental goals.
This role partners closely with all marketing functions, as well as cross-functional teams to ensure programs deliver measurable impact and cohesive brand experiences across marketing and event portfolios.
This role will manage all activities related to the processing and tracking of all Marketing requests and projects.
Lead the organization’s flagship summits and regional event strategies.
Own program architecture, customer engagement strategies, operational execution, and reporting on measurable impact towards organizational and departmental objectives.
Manage day‑to‑day program operations, ensuring deliverables stay on time, on budget, and on brand.
Manage large-scale, complex projects from concept through execution, coordinating multiple workstreams, scope, contributors, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define program goals, target audiences, messaging, and KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 – 7+ years’ experience in related field required.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.
Experience in planning, coordinating, and tracking of projects and/or programs is required.
Experience supporting or managing events and large-scale marketing initiatives is required.
Excellent writing and editing skills; ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives at an enterprise level.
Expertise in event experience design, audience engagement strategy, and content programming.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing tactics and digital best practices.
Proven ability to work independently as well as ability to effectively work in a team environment and maintain strong working relationships at all levels.
Ability to plan, organize, manage, and prioritize multiple tasks and projects efficiently and effectively.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet strict deadlines.
Detail oriented, especially as it relates to time management.
Ability to embrace changes and adjust quickly to work demands and shifting priorities.
Proficiency with marketing tools such as CRM, marketing automation systems, project management software, and analytics platforms.
