About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supports sales and client management staff by assisting with group enrollment and renewal processes.
  • Manages compliance-related tasks such as reporting and documentation.
  • Utilizes CANVA to create benefit guides and enrollment materials.
  • Conducts billing audits and processes enrollments and terminations.
  • Assists with communications and follow-up on service issues.

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ applicable job experience, preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products, required.
  • Prior experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm, preferred.
  • Familiarity with insurance carrier websites, preferred.
  • Proven track record in customer service, preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
  • Familiarity with database applications, a plus.
