About the role

  • Media Consultant developing integrated cross-media strategies for advertising campaigns. Collaborating with expert teams within the Mediaplus group to execute planning and client services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan and implement cross-media, integrated Paid Media strategies as part of clients' advertising and information campaigns
  • Prepare audience and competitor analyses using market-standard studies and tools
  • Create tool-based media plans and cost estimates for media activities across various channels, e.g., print, online, out-of-home, audio, TV, cinema
  • Produce presentations, reports and campaign documentation
  • Client communication, account management and day-to-day client consulting
  • Coordinate and negotiate with publishers/media owners and other service providers (e.g., creative and PR agencies)
  • Collaborate across locations with expert teams within the Mediaplus Group, e.g., buying, billing, Research & Insights, Performance & Programmatic Media
  • Support the development of creative media ideas, first-mover implementations and new business projects
  • Assist in conducting research activities and measuring campaign performance

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management (or completed vocational training in a comparable field)
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in media planning and client consulting (cross-media) at a media agency
  • Project management experience and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Analytical mindset, strong numerical understanding and structured working methods
  • Strong affinity for (digital) media and associated performance metrics
  • Enjoy working with clients and confident presentation skills in German and English
  • Confident use of all common planning and office tools
  • In addition to solid professional expertise, you convince with strong consulting skills, team spirit, personality and commitment ... and very importantly: a sense of humor and genuine enjoyment working with colleagues
