Responsibilities
Execute marketing plans and campaigns for Austria and Switzerland, ensuring alignment with regional strategies and local market needs.
Support product launches by coordinating activities, preparing marketing materials, and managing timelines.
Develop and adapt DTC and HCP marketing content for local markets; manage approval processes with internal stakeholders.
Assist in implementing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, influencer programs, and email campaigns.
Coordinate with agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality marketing assets and programs.
Organize and support events, congresses, and educational activities for healthcare professionals and patients.
Manage sponsoring process for Switzerland and Austria.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Support driving social media activities, digital marketing, and influencer programs to strengthen brand presence.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field or equivalent.
Strong experience in marketing, preferably in MedTech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
Knowledge of the diabetes market or medical technology is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
Fluent in German and English; French is an advantage.
