About the role
- Ethics & Compliance Manager driving compliance programs at Insulet. Leading the design and implementation of the Ethics and Compliance Programme across the EMEA region.
Responsibilities
- Drive integrity and ethical business conduct
- Develop, monitor and update general policies and procedures related to Ethics and Compliance
- Design and execute a new training framework in Ethics and Compliance for all employees
- Manage the Distributor Risk Monitoring Programme
- Monitor business activities involving Healthcare Professionals and employees
- Identify areas of potential vulnerability and Ethics and Compliance risk
- Perform evaluations of the Ethics & Compliance Programme’s effectiveness
- Work cross-functionally to identify emerging risk areas within the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Demonstrated experience in Compliance or Legal roles focused on Life Sciences industry
- Direct experience designing, implementing, and overseeing Ethics and Compliance Programmes
- Knowledge of laws and regulations applicable to global Life Sciences companies
- Strong commitment to ethics and integrity
- Ability to drive a proactive ethical culture
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in written and spoken English required
- Fluency in French and/or German is a plus (preferred)
