Senior Content Analyst defining and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives at Omie. Collaborating with various teams to enhance client engagement and product adoption.
Responsibilities
Define and implement content strategies aligned with our business objectives, go-to-market plan and customer needs;
Create content journeys and segmented communication flows, taking into account different user journeys, target audiences and personas, with the goal of increasing adoption and usage of features and products and monetizing customers;
Produce a variety of content and materials focused on product and feature launches, lead nurturing and customer engagement, such as: emails, newsletters, blog articles, website and landing page copy, social media posts, video scripts, infographics, e-books, among others;
Work closely with Marketing, Growth, CS/CX, Sales and Product teams, supporting inbound, organic/SEO, Product-led Growth initiatives and efforts to improve the customer experience;
Develop sales arguments grounded in mental triggers and storytelling;
Adapt the brand language and tone of voice for different audiences;
Stay connected to market trends to create accurate and engaging content;
Manage multiple requests within launch timelines and other company projects.
Requirements
Work well in a team;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proven experience of at least 5 years as a copywriter/analyst creating content (clear, concise and persuasive) for multiple formats, preferably in B2B companies;
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Communication or related fields;
Experience writing for social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and performance channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads);
Knowledge of the SaaS and/or ERP market is desirable;
Advanced knowledge of mental triggers, storytelling, content marketing, copywriting and the psychology of persuasion;
Be creative, flexible and passionate about your work;
Enjoy challenges and working with different types of deliverables;
Responsible with deadlines, with a sense of ownership and ease working in a team;
Collaborative;
Analytical and strategic mindset;
Experience with gamification will be considered a plus.
