About the role

Responsibilities

  • Contact customers and offer financial services.
  • Ensure excellence in customer service across channels: Intercom, WhatsApp, Email, or Phone.
  • Support and resolve questions about financial services for customers, the support team, or Omie ERP sales executives.
  • Study the FAQs about financial services. Complete all relevant training. Serve as a product reference for financial offerings.
  • Record and keep your portfolio updated in the Omie CRM.
  • Follow the commercial engagement model to maintain standardized sales practices.
  • Report tickets to internal teams or partners to resolve customer activation issues.
  • Identify and flag gaps or opportunities to improve financial services.
  • Be available to serve customers during the agreed business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
  • Participate in daily meetings (dailies) for continuous business improvement.
  • Monitor and act on the customer activation onboarding pipeline.
  • Work toward meeting targets while following the company’s rules and values.
  • Operate on the lists provided by the planning team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with tools such as Slack (or similar) and Teams (or similar); and financial calculations.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (in-person or digital).
  • Experience selling financial products such as checking accounts, credit cards, receivables financing/anticipation, loans, working capital, investments, or card payment terminals.
  • CPA-10 or CPA-20 certification is a plus.
