Responsibilities
As the central point of contact, you connect our clients with Omexom Offshore business units
From the outset you take full responsibility for leading bid projects – from the first client contact through contract signature
You prepare tender documents, produce cost estimates and develop technical concepts
At client meetings you present our company and solutions convincingly and professionally
In your role you organize and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams across various departments
Together with Contract Management and the Legal Department you conduct contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors
Internally, you moderate bid presentations and risk reviews and ensure transparent decision-making foundations
Requirements
You hold a completed degree in Business or Engineering, e.g., Economics, Business Administration (BBA), Industrial Engineering, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable qualification
You bring several years of professional experience in project management, ideally as a Bid Manager, Tender Manager, Proposal Manager, or in a technical/industrial environment
You have a strong understanding of operational processes, tenders and technical and commercial interrelations
Your working style is structured, independent and solution-oriented
You are confident analyzing complex issues and presenting them clearly, precisely and tailored to the audience
With your high level of self-motivation, organizational skills and enthusiasm you are skilled at leading interdisciplinary teams and bringing others on board
Very good written and spoken German and English complete your profile
