About the role

  • Account Executive driving sales for nonprofit tech integration solutions. Building client relationships and meeting sales targets while supporting social good organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute on quarterly business plans
  • Meet or exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual)
  • Maintain monthly sales forecast and accurately communicate progress to management
  • Conduct prospecting calls and develop new client relationships within a defined market
  • Consult with clients and prospects on needs analysis and business objectives
  • Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
  • Deliver actionable, insightful recommendations to clients for Omatic products or services

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience successfully managing a sales territory and a proven record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Hunter/New Logo driven mentality
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts, client needs assessments, and business cases
  • Experience with Nonprofit or Integration tech preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Raiser’s Edge (RENXT) preferred but not required.
