Responsibilities

  • The Principal Account Executive is a high‑impact, consultative sales leader responsible for driving new business and expanding long‑term partnerships within the healthcare staffing ecosystem
  • This role focuses on selling SaaS‑based VMS solutions by engaging senior decision‑makers, understanding complex workforce challenges, and delivering scalable solutions that improve visibility, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • You will be serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations navigating contingent workforce complexity.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree plus 5-7 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 7-9 years of work experience
  • Experience within healthcare staffing, workforce solutions, or technology sales
  • Working knowledge of Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and contingent labor models
  • Familiarity with enterprise healthcare buyers, managed service programs (MSP), or staffing suppliers a plus
