Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in New Jersey.
- Oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.
- Drive case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners.
- Champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success across all centers.
Requirements
- Must have OR Operations experience
- Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered
- Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
- Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills
- Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
- Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
- Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis.
