Responsibilities
Lead the transformation of healthcare as the Regional Vice President (RVP) for Ambulatory Surgery Centers in New Jersey.
Oversee operations, financial management, and strategic partnerships while creating a culture of safety delivering exceptional patient care.
Drive case volume growth and EBITDA, while actively recruiting top surgeons and strengthening relationships with existing physician partners.
Champion operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and implement strategies that drive long-term success across all centers.
Requirements
Must have OR Operations experience
Prefer Master's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration; equivalent experience considered
Minimum five years’ experience with exposure to healthcare business development & operations, finance and business consulting
Demonstrated experience in developing growth strategies and a proven track record in people management skills
Excellent verbal, written and formal presentation communication skills; ability to work well with “C” level healthcare partners, physicians, employees, patients, and fellow workers
Proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint with strong analytical and presentation skills
Ability to effectively articulate financial results and respond to questions from hospital and physician partners
Strong mathematical aptitude to assist with financial budgeting, reporting and analysis.
Benefits
Position may be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan bonus of 10%-50% depending on role level.
