About the role

  • Responsible for hospitality and maintenance at RUNESENS, overseeing standards and audits across multiple clinics. Focus on improving patient experience and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Define, update and disseminate Group standards for hospitality, hygiene and bio-cleaning.
  • Manage the annual multi-site audit plan.
  • Support facilities in implementing protocols and optimizing organizational processes.
  • Analyze ratios, costs and indicators related to hospitality and bio-cleaning.
  • Monitor contracts in coordination with Purchasing, verify commitments and ensure service quality.
  • Design and deliver training on protocols, best practices and Group standards.
  • Maintain regulatory watch and adapt standards accordingly.

Requirements

  • Degree in hospital hygiene, hotel services management or an equivalent field.
  • Significant experience in a healthcare or medico-social environment, ideally in a multi-site context.
  • Strong knowledge of bio-cleaning protocols and regulatory requirements in care settings.
  • Organizational and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and to build consensus without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Rigour, professional expertise and a pedagogical approach.
