About the role
- Responsible for hospitality and maintenance at RUNESENS, overseeing standards and audits across multiple clinics. Focus on improving patient experience and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Responsibilities
- Define, update and disseminate Group standards for hospitality, hygiene and bio-cleaning.
- Manage the annual multi-site audit plan.
- Support facilities in implementing protocols and optimizing organizational processes.
- Analyze ratios, costs and indicators related to hospitality and bio-cleaning.
- Monitor contracts in coordination with Purchasing, verify commitments and ensure service quality.
- Design and deliver training on protocols, best practices and Group standards.
- Maintain regulatory watch and adapt standards accordingly.
Requirements
- Degree in hospital hygiene, hotel services management or an equivalent field.
- Significant experience in a healthcare or medico-social environment, ideally in a multi-site context.
- Strong knowledge of bio-cleaning protocols and regulatory requirements in care settings.
- Organizational and financial analysis skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and to build consensus without direct hierarchical authority.
