Responsibilities
Define, update and disseminate Group standards for hospitality, hygiene and bio-cleaning.
Manage the annual multi-site audit plan.
Support facilities in implementing protocols and optimizing organizational processes.
Analyze ratios, costs and indicators related to hospitality and bio-cleaning.
Monitor contracts in coordination with Purchasing, verify commitments and ensure service quality.
Design and deliver training on protocols, best practices and Group standards.
Maintain regulatory watch and adapt standards accordingly.
Requirements
Degree in hospital hygiene, hotel services management or an equivalent field.
Significant experience in a healthcare or medico-social environment, ideally in a multi-site context.
Strong knowledge of bio-cleaning protocols and regulatory requirements in care settings.
Organizational and financial analysis skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and to build consensus without direct hierarchical authority.
