About the role
- Construction Site Manager responsible for overseeing site operations and team management. Ensuring project efficiency and quality standards in technical building installations across Germany.
Responsibilities
- On-site management of the construction site and primary interface between project management and the client
- Coordination and control of site operations in close cooperation with the project team
- Monitoring implementation with regard to cost efficiency, schedule adherence and quality
- Leadership of in-house and external personnel as well as subcontractors; planning of required personnel capacities
- Inspection of installation materials and associated technical documentation
- Responsible for communication and coordination with project management regarding the site
Requirements
- Completed training as a mechatronics technician specializing in refrigeration, master refrigeration technician, or technician in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems
- Experience handling natural refrigerants
- Several years of professional experience in site management, ideally in test stand technology
- Solid technical knowledge and a strong sense of responsibility
- Confident use of MS Office applications
- Structured and independent way of working
- High commitment, strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Valid driving license class B
