About the role

  • Analista de Pré-Vendas Outbound Jr at Flash managing sales opportunities and qualifying leads. Engaging with large accounts and organizing sales processes efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Qualify potential leads by scheduling meetings, generating opportunities, and improving efficiency in the sales cycle.
  • Organize and update the HubSpot CRM with complete records.
  • Expand the prospective customer base by building B2B prospect lists.
  • Ensure scheduled meetings are confirmed and properly connected to sales executives.
  • Participate in pre-sales routines and training programs.
  • Attend monthly meetings with sales executives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound pre-sales (inbound profiles are not suitable for this role).
  • Proven experience supporting large accounts.
  • CRM knowledge; HubSpot preferred.
  • Experience scheduling meetings for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
  • Resilience.
  • Nice to have: experience working in HR Techs or with benefits solutions and/or SaaS; experience with B2B solutions for Human Resources.
