Responsibilities
Qualify potential leads by scheduling meetings, generating opportunities, and improving efficiency in the sales cycle.
Organize and update the HubSpot CRM with complete records.
Expand the prospective customer base by building B2B prospect lists.
Ensure scheduled meetings are confirmed and properly connected to sales executives.
Participate in pre-sales routines and training programs.
Attend monthly meetings with sales executives.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound pre-sales (inbound profiles are not suitable for this role).
Proven experience supporting large accounts.
CRM knowledge; HubSpot preferred.
Experience scheduling meetings for SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
Resilience.
Nice to have: experience working in HR Techs or with benefits solutions and/or SaaS; experience with B2B solutions for Human Resources.
