About the role

  • Junior Brand Manager supporting brand strategies and marketing initiatives for a leading multinational FMCG client. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies in Greece and abroad.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies and day-to-day brand activities
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and brand activations
  • Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, digital)
  • Monitor campaign execution and support post-campaign evaluation
  • Contribute to internal coordination within the brand team

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, with exposure to brand activations, marketing campaigns, and agency collaboration
  • Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
