Junior Brand Manager supporting brand strategies and marketing initiatives for a leading multinational FMCG client. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies in Greece and abroad.
Responsibilities
Support the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies and day-to-day brand activities
Assist in the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns and brand activations
Coordinate with external agencies (creative, media, digital)
Monitor campaign execution and support post-campaign evaluation
Contribute to internal coordination within the brand team
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in an FMCG environment, with exposure to brand activations, marketing campaigns, and agency collaboration
Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree will be considered an asset
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate across teams and with external partners
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
