About the role

  • Global Brand Manager focusing on sportsbook brand equity and driving sports-led marketing campaigns. Collaborating with internal teams and external agencies for effective strategy execution in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain global brand guidelines (including minor local adaptations if needed) and collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application across all channels in a sportsbook environment.
  • Support the development, management, and execution of brand campaigns to drive overall brand awareness.
  • Contribute to defining and implementing the brand strategy in line with marketing plans and overall business objectives, with a clear focus on sports betting propositions.
  • Assess the potential of new markets (geographies and products) and help define strategies for successful entry, considering local regulations and consumer behaviors.
  • Support the development of new marketing channels to drive sportsbook customer acquisition and maximize the value of existing audiences.
  • Manage all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, and other relevant platforms), including strategy, editorial planning aligned with live sports moments, monitoring, and optimization recommendations.
  • Oversee relationships with brand ambassadors, athletes, or partners, recommending ways to leverage their profiles to enhance sportsbook brand equity and managing related activities.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns and media strategies around key sporting events and tournaments.
  • Stay up to date with sportsbook, iGaming, and sports marketing trends, identifying opportunities for brand growth and recommending actionable plans.
  • Prepare and present regular reporting summaries for stakeholders, highlighting key metrics, insights, and next steps.
  • Support legal and compliance activities for marketing campaigns, including contract reviews and coordination with legal teams in a sports betting regulatory framework.

Requirements

  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated experience within a sportsbook, online betting, iGaming, or closely related gaming environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of sportsbook products, player lifecycles, and sports-led customer engagement.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
  • Positive and professional attitude, ready to learn and willing to experiment in a fast-paced sportsbook environment.
  • Pragmatic and results-oriented, with a focus on finding the most efficient and effective ways to work.
  • Experience managing marketing projects and working as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; detail-oriented, able to multitask, and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Good understanding of communication channels, particularly social media platforms (e.g., X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and influencer marketing in sports and betting contexts.
  • Proven ability to contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
