Responsibilities
Developing and presenting recommendations to management
External and internal analytical assessments of the business environment, competitors, customers and market trends
Overall business knowledge including P&L management
Demonstrated leadership skills to drive coordination with other functional areas
Leading cross-functional teams to commercialize innovation, promotions, design changes, media, etc.
Partner with our Sales organization to develop sales communications
Strong verbal and written communicator
Requirements
Bachelors degree in marketing, strategy, or a related field
At least 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, brand management, or product management in the consumer-packaged goods industry, preferably in a food category
