About the role

  • Senior Brand Manager at Nestlé leading marketing activities for assigned product group in Bangkok. Focusing on brand equity, innovation, and consumer engagement in FMCG sector.

Responsibilities

  • Grow brand and desired equity of assigned product group
  • Direct all marketing activities for business goals, strategies, action plans, P&L and market spending
  • Develop effective communication brief and plan
  • Direct research agencies and conduct qualitative and quantitative research
  • Activate brand essence and vision
  • Develop and update consumer portrait and consumer engagement funnel
  • Contribute and execute innovation pipeline and maintain vibrancy via relevant renovation for brands
  • Contribute to development and execute strong, functionally aligned brand plan

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years' experience in marketing preferably in FMCG brands
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration
  • End-to-end brand management experience
  • Good command of English & Thai
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work under high pressure and have self-starter attitude
