Requirements
- You have education or experience in information technology
- You have experience in software development
- You have first-hand exposure to ITSM tools (Matrix42, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
- You have good knowledge of C#, JavaScript, VBScript, SQL and PowerShell
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are familiar with Windows Server, Active Directory, M365 and IIS
