About the role
- First Engineer for the Website Product Stream at ecommerce intelligence platform Triple Whale. Designing systems for AI Visibility, landing page automation, and agentic website tooling.
Responsibilities
- You will be the first Engineer dedicated to this domain, laying the foundation for the Website Product Stream.
- In close partnership with Product, youβll design and build systems across AI Visibility, landing page automation, and agentic website tooling β directly shaping how our customers are discovered, understood, and converted in the next era of digital commerce.
- The role is currently scoped as an individual contributor position; however, as the team scales, we expect it to evolve into a team lead role.
- At Triple Whale, Team Leads are first and foremost senior engineers, deeply hands-on, actively writing code, and leading by example.
Requirements
- 5+ Years of experience as a full stack developer
- Ability to work from our Jerusalem office (located in the Central Bus Station next to the train) 2 times a week (Monday & Wednesday) is required
- High level of English (spoken and written)
- Experience as a team lead highly preferred and a big plus
- Desire to grow into a team lead role
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React and Node.js
- Ability to work comfortably across frontend and backend
- Experience working with microservices and distributed systems
- Hands-on cloud experience is required; familiarity with GCP is a plus
- Advanced SQL skills with proven experience leveraging analytics databases to design scalable data solutions.
