About the role
- Software Developer & Consultant implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions while optimizing client business processes through technical expertise and support. Working on custom solutions and integration with enterprise systems.
Responsibilities
- Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse unserer Kunden und Umsetzung individueller Lösungen mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service)
- Konzeption und Entwicklung der Anwendungen sowie Erweiterung bestehender Module durch Programmierung mit C# oder JavaScript, inklusive Plug‑ins und Workflows bei Bedarf
- Technischer Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden im Projektumfeld
- Design, Implementierung und Qualitätssicherung der Lösungen
- Mitwirkung bei Workshops zur Anforderungsanalyse und Lösungsfindung
- Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Aufwandsschätzungen und der technischen Bewertung von Anforderungen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL oder einem vergleichbaren Fach
- Erste Berufserfahrung im relevanten Aufgabenfeld sowie Kenntnisse in Microsoft-Technologien, insbesondere in den Dynamics 365 CRM/CE‑Modulen
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von Enterprise Software Architekturen und der Integration von D365-Systemen in bestehende IT-Infrastrukturen
- Erste Kenntnisse in der Erweiterung von Modulen mittels C#, JavaScript, Plug‑ins und Workflows
- Offenheit für den Einsatz von KI‑gestützten Technologien
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau C1) in Wort und Schrift
