About the role

• Senior Software Developer & Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/CE solutions. Responsible for designing and implementing custom applications and client workshops in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze our clients' business processes and implement tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Field Service).
• Responsible for the design and development of applications based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.
• Extend existing modules with custom development as required.
• Act as the technical point of contact for our clients within project environments.
• Accountable for the design, implementation and quality assurance of solutions.
• Conduct workshops for requirements analysis and solution design.
• Support sales with effort estimates and technical feasibility assessments of requirements.

Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' professional experience in relevant roles, with strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Dynamics 365 CRM/CE modules.
• Experience with enterprise software architectures and integrating D365 systems into existing IT infrastructures.
• Solid expertise in extending modules using C# and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Open to working with AI-driven technologies.
• Excellent German language skills (C1 level) both written and spoken.
