Parts and Aftermarket Sales Representative managing customer relationships and sales cycles for HVAC solutions at O'Dell HVAC Group. Focused on revenue growth through customer outreach and technical recommendations.
Responsibilities
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities through outreach, follow-ups, and customer visits.
Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate deliveries to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the Aftermarket Sales Manager and the sales team to develop strategies, monitor market trends, and achieve revenue targets.
Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to promote products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance within the ERP system.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
Provide product education and demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and applications.
Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs and provide technical recommendations and aftermarket solutions.
Conduct outbound calls, respond to inbound inquiries, and re-engage past customers to generate sales opportunities.
Identify customer needs and provide accurate, tailored solutions, including technical recommendations for aftermarket HVAC products.
Requirements
Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
A minimum of three to five (3–5) years of sales experience in HVAC, construction, or a related technical industry.
Proven ability to develop new business and manage long-term customer relationships.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
