Requirements
Completed qualification as an optician
Ideally further qualification such as a Meister (master craftsman) certificate or a degree in Optometry or a related field
Prior experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management
Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and business development
Strong analytical skills
Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills in German; English is a plus
High degree of self-organization and initiative
