About the role

  • Key Account Manager at Ocumeda developing tailored solutions for major business accounts in the optical field. Ensuring client satisfaction and collaboration with internal teams for strategic success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop key business relationships
  • Develop and implement tailored customer strategies to ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term retention
  • Build relationships with prospective key accounts
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Ensure and enhance partner performance through proactive analysis

Requirements

  • Completed qualification as an optician
  • Ideally further qualification such as a Meister (master craftsman) certificate or a degree in Optometry or a related field
  • Prior experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management, and business development
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to understand complex customer requirements and translate them into solutions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German; English is a plus
  • High degree of self-organization and initiative
