About the role

  • Account Manager identifying new business opportunities in the IT sector through proactive networking. Maintaining customer relationships and participating in all phases of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector through proactive customer acquisition and networking
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships and partner networks
  • Participate in all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiations
  • Deliver client presentations and participate in tender/bid processes
  • Work closely with internal departments and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification/experience
  • Several years of professional experience in selling IT products and services
  • Solid knowledge of information technology within the SAP environment
  • Strong customer focus and the ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel
  • Business-fluent German and fluent English
