About the role

  • Account Manager responsible for IT business development and customer relationship management. Engaging in networking and sales processes across various project phases.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector through proactive client acquisition and networking
  • Maintain and expand existing client relationships and network partners
  • Participate in all phases of the sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal preparation to contract negotiations
  • Deliver presentations to clients and participate in tender processes
  • Work closely with internal specialist departments and external partners

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
  • Several years of professional experience in selling IT products and services
  • Solid knowledge of information technology in the SAP environment
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Ability to build long-term customer relationships
  • Willingness to travel
  • Negotiation-level German and fluent English
