About the role

  • Sales Assistant providing sales support using Generative AI tools in a hybrid role. Engaging with clients and preparing proposals while maintaining a flexible office presence in Makati City.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing sales proposals and quotations using templates enhanced by Gen AI tools.
  • Follow up courteously and professionally with clients to nurture relationships and close sales opportunities.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with timely and accurate client and sales data, leveraging AI automation where possible.
  • Generate sales reports, track performance metrics, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Manage client inquiries, schedule meetings, process orders, and perform general sales administrative tasks.
  • Support marketing initiatives, competitive research, and internal onboarding to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate logistical support for sales events and training sessions

Requirements

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Experience or familiarity with Generative AI tools for sales and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a courteous, professional demeanor.
  • Willingness to work on-site 1-3 days per week with flexibility.
