• Design-focused internship role at Objektkultur, enhancing user experience through methods like interviews and usability tests. Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Based on thorough analyses, you solve real user problems using methods such as interviews, usability testing, customer journeys, and personas.
• You develop interaction concepts.
• You make design decisions based on user needs and data.
• Using a design system grounded in validated UX concepts, you create mockups.
• You actively contribute to the strategic development of the design system and design guidelines.
• In close coordination with our developers, stakeholders, and users, you assist in the development and implementation of design concepts.

Requirements

• You are studying Business Informatics, Media Informatics, Communication Design, or a related field.
• You have methodological skills in user experience acquired through your studies.
• For you, UX is more than just "making things look good".
• You enjoy working in a team, are approachable, and like collaborating closely with diverse stakeholders.
• You are open to using AI-assisted technologies and apply their potential purposefully in your daily work.
• You demonstrate an independent working style and a strong sense of responsibility.
• You have very good German language skills, both written and spoken (C1 level).
