Responsibilities
Analyze and optimize customer journeys to continuously improve conversion rates and user experience
Develop and implement an A/B testing strategy to validate data-driven improvements across the customer journey
Proactively generate and analyze customer insights to support strategic and operational decisions
Identify and reduce friction points in the customer journey in close collaboration with Marketing, Product Development, Sales and Customer Service
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify innovative approaches for conversion optimization
Collaborate with the IT team on the technical implementation and testing of optimization measures
Requirements
Several years of experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), Digital Analytics or a related discipline
Solid knowledge of optimizing digital services and customer journeys
Experience with A/B testing tools (Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO) and personalization strategies
Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Verify.io, Heyflow)
Confident use of UX/UI design tools (Figma or Adobe XD)
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is a plus but not required
Excellent German and English skills for working in an international environment
