Responsibilities
Design experiences at the core of how customers fund, manage, and operate on the platform.
Shape how money enters the system, how customers set up and run their accounts.
Ensure financial data is recorded accurately, securely, and compliantly.
Own design within Treasury Team, spanning customer-facing journeys and internal operational workflows.
Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to navigate complex constraints and influence product direction.
Requirements
A well-rounded product designer with strong visual skills, a high level of design craft, and experience designing fintech or payments related products.
The ability to translate design concepts into production, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver value to customers at the highest level of craft quality.
Experience collaborating across teams and domains, contributing to broader initiatives that strengthen our overall ecosystem.
The ability to draw on your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver engaging, well-crafted, end-to-end experiences across our platform.
Curiosity about new tools and technologies that make design work more efficient and scalable.
