About the role
- Product Designer crafting user experiences at the intersection of fintech and global payments. Collaborating across teams to innovate and enhance the user journey on the platform.
Responsibilities
- Design experiences at the core of how customers fund, manage, and operate on the platform.
- Shape how money enters the system, how customers set up and run their accounts.
- Ensure financial data is recorded accurately, securely, and compliantly.
- Own design within Treasury Team, spanning customer-facing journeys and internal operational workflows.
- Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to navigate complex constraints and influence product direction.
Requirements
- A well-rounded product designer with strong visual skills, a high level of design craft, and experience designing fintech or payments related products.
- The ability to translate design concepts into production, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver value to customers at the highest level of craft quality.
- Experience collaborating across teams and domains, contributing to broader initiatives that strengthen our overall ecosystem.
- The ability to draw on your full range of Product Design skills to discover, design, and deliver engaging, well-crafted, end-to-end experiences across our platform.
- Curiosity about new tools and technologies that make design work more efficient and scalable.
