Responsibilities

You support the sales team through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and continuous lead-nurturing activities.
You actively share feedback from conversations with the team to continuously improve processes, messaging, and pitch.
Responsible for independently achieving defined KPIs and continuously improving outreach and qualification strategies.
Requirements
Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
A proactive, confident, and bold personality that readily engages with people.
Strong communication skills and persuasive ability on the phone and through digital channels.
Ability to build trust quickly and conduct focused, goal-oriented conversations.
Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks.
Structured working style, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
