About the role

  • Sales Development Representative generating leads and supporting the sales team at a SaaS company. Engaging with potential clients via multiple outreach methods to build opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • You proactively and confidently approach prospective customers — by phone, digitally, and in person at trade shows or events.
  • You identify potential (B2B) leads, qualify them, and prepare them for the sales team.
  • You develop and maintain contact lists, CRM data, and outreach campaigns.
  • You support the sales team through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and continuous lead-nurturing activities.
  • You actively share feedback from conversations with the team to continuously improve processes, messaging, and pitch.
  • Responsible for independently achieving defined KPIs and continuously improving outreach and qualification strategies.

Requirements

  • Initial experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • A proactive, confident, and bold personality that readily engages with people.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasive ability on the phone and through digital channels.
  • Ability to build trust quickly and conduct focused, goal-oriented conversations.
  • Persistence and resilience in the face of setbacks.
  • Structured working style, strong organizational skills, and experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • A team player with a willingness to learn, high self-motivation, goal orientation, and strong collaboration skills.
