About the role

  • Join a dynamic team for Outbound Marketing & Sales B2B. Engage with customers and generate qualified leads while developing your skills at Objektkultur Software GmbH.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential customer contacts.
  • Identify needs and opportunities with potential customers.
  • Prepare and conduct initial outreach and sales conversations.
  • Identify the appropriate contacts and decision-makers within companies.
  • Follow up on and document call outcomes in the CRM.
  • Contribute to achieving team targets.

Requirements

  • You are enrolled in a field of study relevant to the role (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications) or have a connection to the software industry.
  • Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level).
  • Open to using AI-assisted technologies and able to leverage their potential in your daily work.
  • Goal-oriented and a collaborative team player.
  • Long-term interest in the role and availability of at least 12 hours per week (more hours preferred during semester breaks).
