Akeneo PIM Implementation Specialist designing and implementing product information solutions for eCommerce. Collaborating with various teams to ensure product data quality and governance.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the PIM/PXM strategy with Akeneo, in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Design and implement product information management solutions aligned with business needs and omnichannel requirements.
Ensure product data governance, quality, consistency and compliance with standards.
Configure and customize Akeneo (data models, enrichment, validation and approval workflows).
Monitor product data performance and continuously improve the product experience across all channels.
Establish and oversee data quality processes in accordance with Datmos standards.
Manage integrations between the PIM and internal and external systems (ERP, CRM, e‑commerce platforms, etc.).
Develop and maintain APIs, connectors and scripts to enable smooth data exchanges.
Collaborate closely with development teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and adoption.
Train teams on Akeneo and PIM best practices, and produce clear, structured documentation.
Requirements
4–5 years’ experience implementing Akeneo PIM.
Experience establishing data quality processes and approval workflows.
Knowledge of web technologies (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and system integrations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in parallel.
Experience in retail or e‑commerce is an asset.
Fluency in French and English required for collaboration with North American clients.
