Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions
Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture
Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency
Requirements
4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
Proven stakeholder management experience - comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience a strong plus
Experience recruiting across different locations in EMEA and APAC regions is a strong plus.
