About the role

  • Technical Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruitment process at Nuvei, a Canadian fintech company. Engaging top talent for EMEA and APAC, while ensuring exceptional candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles across EMEA and APAC, ensuring a positive and exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Source, attract, and engage top talent through various platforms, networks, and creative outreach methods
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or recurring positions
  • Conduct screenings and interviews, ensuring high-quality candidate evaluation and alignment with company culture
  • Maintain accurate records and data in Workable (ATS) and other tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with global TA colleagues to share best practices and ensure process consistency

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in-house or within an agency setting.
  • Proven stakeholder management experience - comfortable influencing and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Strong sourcing skills, using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other creative methods.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments; payments, fintech, or high-volume hiring experience a strong plus
  • Experience recruiting across different locations in EMEA and APAC regions is a strong plus.
